On the disabled list for the first time in his Yankees career, Alex Rodriguez may be cleared on Wednesday to take his initial steps back toward the starting lineup. Yankees manager Joe Girardi said on Tuesday that Rodriguez could resume some light baseball activities as the team continues its homestand.
